ELMI Limited Liability Company (Greek Mechanography LLC) was founded in 1971 with main objective the exclusive distribution of CASIO calculators in the Greek market.

As CASIO, the Japanese company, was expanding in the international and European market, other categories of CASIO products were added to the business activities such as watches, electronic musical instruments, mini TVs, audio products and digital cameras.

In 1978, the company was transformed from Limited Liability Company to Societe Anonyme (S.A.) and in 1984 the sister company EME S.A. was founded with primary objective the distribution and support of information technology products and Retail systems.

In 2002, the two sister companies ELMI & EME were merged establishing a new company named ELMI SYSTEMS S.A.

With the exclusive distribution of all CASIO products in the Greek market, in 2010, ELMI SYSTEMS transferred its headquarters to a new building at Athinon Avenue where offices, service department and the shop are located.
